Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes products may need to be returned, but we do have specific policies in place for our engraved and non-engraved Travel Trays. Please read the following information carefully:

• Non-Engraved Travel Trays:

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-engraved Travel Tray, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the Travel Trays must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

• Engraved Travel Trays:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on engraved directional table tents as they are custom-made and cannot be resold.
